A MileStone in 2025 - Building Something That Matters

It all began in December 2024, when I was given a meaningful opportunity—to form a digital business focused on dashboards and internal systems tailored for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). I teamed up with three incredibly talented individuals, each bringing unique skills to the table. Together, we complemented one another, forming a cohesive unit capable of ideating and building digital products that support both internal and external business operations.

Our very first project turned out to be a memorable one. We had the chance to collaborate with a cozy coffee shop in Yogyakarta named Tadasih. The owner was facing a challenge: the limited seating space often left customers waiting, creating discomfort and impacting the overall experience. The owner wanted to maintain the intimate and comfortable atmosphere without turning guests away or making them wait unnecessarily.

We brainstormed and, through multiple discussions with the owner, eventually arrived at a solution—a super simple reservation system that doesn't require user accounts or in-app payments. The goal was clear: prioritize guest convenience and accessibility.

The final flow was minimal and intuitive: users would simply visit the Tadasih website → select a date and time → enter their name and group size → and confirm their reservation to receive a digital ticket. That's it. No friction, no unnecessary steps.

This project took around three months to complete—covering research, design, development, and testing. Once it went live, it received positive feedback within just a few weeks. The system helped improve productivity at the coffee shop and created a more welcoming experience for customers.

Of all the projects I’ve worked on, this one holds a special place in my heart. It wasn't just about building a digital product; it was about solving a real problem and seeing the direct impact on both the business and its customers.
